Job Description
We are looking for a Service Agent to join our team at our JHB North Branch.
Requirements:
Presentable appearance, excellent timekeeping skills ,no criminal record ,strong interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure strong attention to detail and quality assurance passed our cleaning and customer service training.
Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations regarding chemical handling and waste disposal ,good communication and interpersonal skills ,strong time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines ability to work in a team environment ,adherence to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
Duties:
Drive company vehicle with functional equipment and required consumables to clients location to render services booked, wash carpet, upholstery & clean windows to maintain their best possible appearance and condition.
Familiarize oneself with various carpets, mattresses, upholstery, windows and their specific cleaning requirements , maintain and clean all washing equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition,report any equipment issues to the supervisor.
Adhere to environmental and safety regulations when handling chemicals, disposing of waste, and performing cleaning tasks ,ensure the highest quality of carpet, upholstery and window cleaning services are provided to meet or exceed expectations,collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently

Memorise CleaningCo. pricelist ,book service for company equipment's and vehicles report directly to the branch manager ,place and follow up on purchase orders from suppliers ,collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
